I keep comparing it to the EU sueing BMW because if you want to have a navigation system when you buy the car you can only choose the BMW satnav, not a tomtom or the satnav from Mercedes or anything else... Then again, given that American software houses, especially Adobe, always like to charge Europeans more than they ask in the "home market" I won't hold by breath.
