uTorrent text corruption

I just started using this program yesterday, and have noticed that once I set my utorrent program to go transparent when inactive, that it occasionally will get it's text "corrupted" making it almost unreadable. Only but turning shellenhancers "load at startup" off and then rebooting fixes the issue.

note: I'm using Vista x64, nvidia 7600GT video card, dual monitors (Both CRT's not LCD's).

Can you try by adding an automanaged rule for utorrent and disabling all features for that window?
