Ok I tried creating a time text object. Problem is I have not figured out how to rerender or refresh the timer since it would have to be done every second. How can I do this? Because currently it's a useless object if I can't refresh it without changing wallpaper everytime.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment as it is described in the help file:
Help wrote:Note: All text commands are static, meaning that the Time command will not create a running clock on your desktop. Instead, the Time command could be used to display the time when the last webcam image on your desktop was rendered.
