Change wallpaper in specific time

Question!Please look my screenshots. I switch off a computer, on a desktop wallpaper Day in the afternoon, I leave for work. I come back from work in the evening, I start a computer at 22.00 on a desktop wallpaper Day Why? Help me, how to make that, after start of a computer, the postponed tasks were carried out? Thanks.

Unfortunately, that's how it works right now.
It's on the todo list to fix this.
But due to other things going on, I have no clue when I can release a new version

It's not an issue about money right now.
I'm in the middle of writing my own book "Professional C++ Second Edition", which will be published by Wiley/Wrox.
The deadline is around end of June and right now I'm already working like 12 hours or more per day...
Once the book is finished, I will finally have more time to work on programming projects.
