Thumbnails showing wrong picture

I did a whole new category and deleted the old thumbnails and when the thumbnails generated several of the pictures are showing the wrong thumbnail image. Is there no way to reforce a refresh of thumbnail images?

You can go to Tools > Manage Thumbnails.
Then you will have a couple of options, including one to force regeneration of thumbnails.
I hope that fixes your thumbnail issue.

Never did fix the issue.. it just can't handle large amount of thumbnails at all.

The next version will support huge amount of images. There is no date on the next release.
