Dear Sir
Am working in a skin color detection project ; that iam trying to make a software using matlab or java to detect if there is a skin in a clored image or not .
so till now i think i have to know the R ,G ,b result of each pixel in the image , to know if this pixel is for a skin color or not

so i hope any one can help me with that ; if any one can give me a sample code of how to deal with image pixels and know it's RGB valuees and how to manipulate them
