Minimize to tray

The Minimize to tray option doesn't work for some programs on my system, like PSPad (a freeware editor), or Lotus Notes (a collaboration & messaging client program).
When I press the hotkey and the minimize button, the program simply ignores it.

I work with Windows XP SP1

I'm able to reproduce the bug with PSPad, but have not yet found the solution.

Hi,

I've just found a workarround to the problem.

If i create a hotkey task with only the command 'Minimize window to the Windows system tray' and assign any hotkey to it, PSPad and Lotus Notes minimize correctly to the system tray when the hotkey is pressed.
