Window open on startup

I have Wallpaper Cycler lite 3.1.0.39 installed on my desktop and laptop, both running XP Pro. I have Wallpaper Cycler set to cycle when opened and to display an icon in the tray. On the laptop the program starts up minimized (which is what I want). On the desktop, the control window opens up when the program starts. I can't see any difference between the two installations. How do I get the window to stop opening?

This is very strange.
Are you running the same shell on both your laptop and your desktop?
Have you configured a "Show/Hide window hotkey" on your desktop? Go to Tools > Program Settings > Hotkeys to check this. If you have configured this hotkey, try to remove that hotkey and see if this solves anything.
