JASPER: JasPer is a collection of software (i.e., a library and application programs) for the coding and manipulation of images. This software can handle image data in a variety of formats. One such format supported by JasPer is the JPEG-2000 code stream format defined in ISO/IEC 15444-1:2000.
libpng: Library for reading PNG files.
libtiff: Library for reading TIFF files.
zlib: A general purpose data compression library.
IJG (jpeg library): This package contains C software to implement JPEG image compression and decompression.
JpegFile: A wrapper class for the IJG library.
ColourPopup: A MFC color popup control.
BCMenu: A MFC Menu class made by Brent Corkum.
Crashrpt: A crash handler.
XPExplorerBar: Wallpaper Cycler uses a modified version of the XPExplorerBar originally written by Ingo A. Kubbilun.
