Launch At Startup

You can set Wallpaper Cycler to be launched during startup of Windows. To do this, go to Tools > Program Settings, select "Startup" in the tree on the left and enable "Auto-start Wallpaper Cycler at Windows logon" in the list on the right. If you enable this, it is recommended to enable the "Auto-start cycling when Wallpaper Cycler boots" too, because in this way the program will start cycling right a way, so you don't have to start it manually.

There is also an option to launch Wallpaper Cycler, automatically cycle once and optionally exit when you login to Windows.
