NUONSOFT respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at NUONSOFT’s Web site.

PART I: Information Collection

NUONSOFT collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect visitors name and email address. We collect this information through online product registration forms, bug report forms and the forum users profile pages. The information is collected voluntarily and is optional.
We also collect IP addresses and information about the webbrowser of our visitors.
We do employ cookies on our forum. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable NUONSOFT to deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do collect personally identifiable information. This information lets us implement an autologin feature for the forum.
NUONSOFT does not use banner advertising.

PART II: Information Usage

The information (name and email address) collected by NUONSOFT will be used for getting in contact with users who reported bugs and to keep registered users updated on new product releases, but only on products they have registered.
The IP information and the information about the webbrowser of the users is only used to generate statistics about the webbrowsers used by our visitors and to count the number of downloads of our products. The IP addresses are used to make sure we don't count multiple downloads from the same IP.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources. We do not share data with third parties. We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. Our Web site offers forums. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

PART III: Access to Information

Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. Users may delete their information from our database by contacting us.

PART IV: Problem Resolution

If problems arise, users may contact NUONSOFT by email. We are committed to resolving disputes within a few working days.

PART V: Data Storage

When you submit personal information to NUONSOFT, you understand and agree that this information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which NUONSOFT and its affiliates and subsidiaries maintain offices, including, without limitation, Belgium.
