Requirements

Wallpaper Cycler runs on Windows XP, 2003, Vista and 7 (does not work on Windows 7 Starter).

Wallpaper Cycler 3.x requires that you have at least Internet Explorer 4.0. If you don't have this you can always get the latest version of Internet Explorer from http://www.microsoft.com.
