The following is a list of known bugs in Wallpaper Cycler 2.1. These issues will be solved in the next release. New issues will be added to the top of this list.

• Wallpaper Cycler has some minor issues when running on a system with a display setting < 32 bit:
  Custom category images do not work on anything less than 32 bit.
• There are still a few problems with the "Make icons on desktop transparent" feature which causes the icons on your desktop to disappear sometimes. When you refresh the desktop the icons become visible again.
  A quick fix is available to remove the "Make icons on desktop transparent" feature. So, if you are running Windows XP (which has transparent icon text by default), or a previous version of Windows on which you don't use the tranparent icon text feature, you can download this fix. After you have downloaded this DLL, copy the file to your Wallpaper Cycler folder, but first rename your current "Wallpaper Cycler Helper.dll" to "Wallpaper Cycler Helper.dl_".
  (This issue will be solved correctly in Wallpaper Cycler 3.0.)
• Once Wallpaper Cycler has cycled, Active Desktop Components stop working and can't be activated again.

If you're having trouble with the helpfile, try downloading and installing the hhupd.exe.

If you're going to run Wallpaper Cycler on Windows 95, you need to download and install 50comupd.exe to update the common controls. If you don't then certain things will not work and might even lead to a crash of Wallpaper Cycler. For example adding an image to a category would make the program crash if you do not have this installed!

Also, make sure you have a msvcrt.dll in your windows/system directory.

If you are experiencing problems on Windows NT 4.0, please install the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0.
